SEPARATE ENTRIES - OUR SUGGESTIONS FOR THE BASIC INFORMATION THAT SHOULD BE ON A PAGE:

Your page, as above should contain maps and photographs with the later showing not only the outside of your hotel but also the rooms and reception/breakfast room. We suggest you supply us with charges for low, mid and high season and let us know of any discounts. It should, also, be possible for us to publish any times which you have no vacancies by flashing up something like NO VACANCIES FOR THE WEEKS 11th - 24th of AUGUST on your page. Equally, such a device could flash up any discounts or special deals you are offering. Although because of company policy, we have kept the pages on this site plain, we can design pges as eye-catching as our clients require.

Your page could contain detailed instructions as to how to reach your establishment perhaps with a map; photographs and menus. You could highlight specialties and any special offers, perhaps for groups. See the links to East West or Scirroco as examples.

Your page should show your location, opening times adjusted for the season, specialties, range of goods, etc. Example

We suggest we publish for you timetables of the airlines and/or ferry lines you deal with together with prices. If you offer tours or excursions, these should be described. Also you should include your address, how to find you (a map would be useful) and your full range of services.

Cars you supply, charges and terms together with any special services you offer as, for example, delivering and picking-up the vehicle from your clients' hotels.

All entries will be posted on the site within 7 days of the payment of the fee. We will inform you of the payment method.

If you want to have photographs with your entry you must send them to us by e-mail, on a floppy disc or CD as a JPEG - for any other methods we would have to negotiate a price. Changes to existing photos will be charged at the prices as above.
