has to be one of our favourite hotels in Naxos. One reason, we were its
very first customers and, in fact, on its opening night, we had the whole
complex entirely to ourselves - not even any staff! We have always had
warm and friendly treatment from the proprietors, particularly Giorgos (Pagounis)
and would still be staying here if we didn't now have a private option.
Highly recommended.
The accommodation is in roomy, high-ceilinged rooms with a kitchen and sitting area, bathroom and either a patio or balcony/ies. Pretty gardens surround the hotel with archways leading you around it. A decent sized pool and a bar/breakfast room add to its attractions. The superb beach of Procopios is about 10 minutes walk away down a sandy, country lane. The village with all sorts of shops, tavernas and amenities about a 20 minute walk but the nearest tavernas are only 10 - 15 mins away. See Map
